He must not like the fact that people are calling Ron Paul the Maverick candidate. Or that Ron Paul supporters showed up to McCain's rally in New Hampshire.
Strange. I wonder why McCain is not included. Maybe Failor doesn't want it to look too obvious, when the important thing is to set a precedent for excluding Ron Paul.
I would wager McCain was invited, and simply hasn't accepted (probably for scheduling reasons). Obviously, a guess only goes so far, but...
I don't think McCain wants to go because right now there is now way he can carry Iowa. Also with Mr. Giuliani not going (same for him not able to win Pro-Life state like Iowa) it's an easy opt out. Devaluing the state so if Romney wins it's no big deal.
