NH Zogby Poll: Paul Moves Up

Zogby released a new poll yesterday, and we can now report that Ron Paul is clearly breaking away from the "lower tier" pack in New Hampshire.

Romney - 35% (up from 25%)
McCain - 19% (down from 25%)
Giuliani - 19% (hasn't budged)
(noncandidate F. Thompson - 6%)
Paul - 3% (up from 2%)
Hagel, Huckabee, Hunter, Brownback, Tancredo, T. Thompson - 1% or less

The poll was conducted on May 15 and 16--so it straddles the S.C. debate, which could mean interesting things for Dr. Paul's numbers. In any event, it's increasingly fair to say that while Romney, McCain, and Giuliani are still the first-tier picks, the second tier is Ron Paul and a guy who's not running. The other fellows are being left behind.
